Crafted from Stoneware. Built for Tone.
This slide is made from a high-fired stoneware clay known as Rod’s Bod—a durable, non-porous ceramic celebrated for its strength and earthy character.
When paired with the right glaze and played on a guitar neck, the result is nothing short of astonishing.

Porcelain and Celadon
This combo originated in China during the Han dynasty, 206 to 220 BCE. There is no record of ceramic guitar slides being manufactured until now, the early Ferg dynasty.
The tone produced is almost angelic and has been overlooked until today.
