30-Day Return and Exchange Policy

At Ceramic Slides, we stand behind the quality of our slides and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

​

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the slide must be unused and in its original condition. All packaging must be intact, and the slide must not show any signs of ware or damage.

2. Return Process

​

• To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund for the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.

3. Exchange Process

​

• If you would like to exchange your slide for a different size or color, please contact us at throwingshapes@ceramicslides.com

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of the original slide. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the exchange item. Shipping costs for the new slide will be covered by you, the customer.

• If the exchange slide is of a different price, we will either refund or charge you the difference.

4. Shipping Costs

​

• Shipping costs for returning or exchange items are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping charges will not be retunded unless the the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

​

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-refundable Items

Items that show signs of use, ware, or damage after delivery are not eligible for returns.
